TURBOCHARGER REGENERATION PROCESS
Turbocharger repair is a complicated and time-consuming process that requires highly qualified personnel and advanced machinery.
Turbines remanufactured at Turbocentras UAB go through the following stages:
1. Disassembly of the turbine into parts and their ultrasonic cleaning;
2. Automatic sandblasting of cast iron and aluminum housing;
3. Installation and balancing of the center of the turbocharger (we use parts of our own production);
4. Installation of turbine cleaner and setting of variable geometry / wastegate valve;
5. Replacing the moving parts of the controller (applies only to электрически operated turbine models);
All works are performed on high-class machines:
